The conference will begin with a reception at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2008, at the Holiday Inn Capitol, 550 C Street, SW, Washington D.C. The program will continue there on Friday, May 9, with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. and interactive sessions from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
